This is a 2004-built house. All rooms have private bathroom, every suite has sitting area and full kitchen. There are three entrances. All beds, TVs and appliances are brand new. Kitchen and bathrooms are just remodeled in 2024. Not only the interior is so comfy, but the yard is also a paradise! An acre of professional landscaping, a huge splashing saltwater pool with kid pool, 2 beautiful patios, it is a perfect place for a memorable and fun vacation!
I and my husband are retired real estate brokers. We love reading and travel. We have two beautiful daughters. W ae doing short term rental full time now.
The house is located in Alessandro Heights, the most upscale neighborhood in Riverside, California. The street is quiet and beautiful, A lot of multi-million custom homes in the neighborhood.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of $100 per pet, per stay applies.

Extra guests and visitors fee is $20 per person per day. The maximum extra people are 10 people.

Early check in/late check out fee is $50 per hour per unit.

Grill cleaning fee is $50 per use. Gas grill fee is $10 per hour, and $100 gas deposit is required.

Water slide is only for children under 50lb. Water slide fee is $10 per hour.

We provide free 2 car parking space for each unit; Extra parking space is $25 per night per car and reservation required. Visitors are not allowed to park on the property.

Laundry fee is $10 per load and only available 4pm to 7pm daily. Reservation required.
