All About Tybee is a spacious 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three-story townhome located conveniently in mid-island. The home has a nicely furnished interior, with a custom kitchen that features stainless appliances and granite countertops. The home offers a residential elevator and hardwood floors in the living areas, lots of windows and light throughout. Enjoy all the comforts of home while staying close to beaches, shops, and dining on Tybee Island. A great option for families or groups! The second floor of All About Tybee has the main living spaces - living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath. The dining room has table seating for six, and there is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The dining and kitchen are open for guests to enjoy conversations during mealtime. The home's third floor has a spacious bedroom suite with a Queen bed, vaulted ceilings, and a private bathroom with a tile surround shower. The second guest room has a Queen bed with tray ceilings, and the third guestroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double bed with an additional pull out trundle bed on the bottom. These rooms share a bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a full-size washer and dryer on this floor. The ground level has a garage with space for 2 cars (Oversized SUV's and trucks may not fit in the garage, and no additional street parking is available within the community.) There is an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach!
