⭐️EVERYTHING IS NEW⭐️Modern smart townhouse with stylish touches located in a popular neighborhood just 11 minutes from LSU. The downstairs primary bedroom has a mounted 55" RokuTV and a King bed; each of the 2 bedrooms on the second floor have 55" Roku TVs w/Queen beds and a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Our kitchen is very well appointed with top amenities and the WiFi is the highest available speed. Our home has a 2 car garage, with a private patio and is located in a safe gated community.
