This house is one of a kind! With three spacious upstairs bedrooms, main-floor bedroom with full bath, a comfortable kitchen, and an extraordinary living space suitable to accommodate anyone, and last but not least there is a beautiful, spacious backyard meant for outdoor fun. It is also near town center with restaurants, parks, a public library, hiking trails, and more things for daily needs. In addition, it is less than half an hour away from the Rocky Mountains, I-70, and ski resorts. It is a beautifully constructed house with style and ultimate comfort. It is very kid-friendly and spacious. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, along with a dining room connected to the living room, a gorgeous kitchen for all your culinary adventures and a family room meant for entertainment. There is a coffee maker, cocktail maker, air fryer, and many more amenities. There is a very spacious backyard with a porch that includes a grill for all our barbecue needs. It is an open floor plan that brings in a beautiful array of light. It is overall a very family friendly neighborhood.
The check in and check out will be through the lockbox. In addition, we will available through the phone for any questions.
Nearby the Highlands Ranch Mansion, Chatfield Reservoir, and Red Rocks. 7 minutes away from Wind Crest Senior Living, 5 minutes away from Children's Hospital and UC Health, 5 minutes away from C470, and less than half an hour from Downtown Denver.
