Enjoy Ann Arbor in a centrally located 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house. Modern Kitchen and a lovely screened in porch followed by an amazing outdoor deck and backyard. 1 King bed, 5 Queen beds, and 1 futon. Large living area on the main level with an indoor gas fire place as well as dedicated dining area. 2 car garage and parking for many more cars on the huge circular driveway. Within 5 minutes from everything in Ann Arbor: Downtown, hospitals, stadium and the university campus.
