Property information

This home is a beautiful, two-story home on a private 1-acre lot. While in a beautiful neighborhood, it is also centrally located to downtown Haymount area (8 mins), main shopping areas such as Cross Creek mall (8 mins), Cape Fear Valley Hospital (5 mins), and to the main gate of Fort Bragg (10 mins). Enjoy the private pool, the 75" screen TV in the movie room, the pool and foosball tables, the master bedroom balcony, a spacious kitchen, outdoor activities, and more at this decked out house!

Neighbourhood information

This home is located in the beautiful and safe Buckhead neighborhood in the heart of Fayetteville. It is not gated but it is private and secluded. Once in the Buckhead neighborhood, it is easy to find this home. This home is located at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac on over 1 acre lot. Guests are permitted two cars in the driveway but must be parked in the two designated parking spots next to the home. Guests are asked to not block the garage doors or the driveway exit because our tenants who live in the garage apartment need to be able to exit with their vehicles. Guests are also permitted to park on the road in front of the house.
