This is a unique duplex-style home divided by top and bottom floor. Top and bottom floors do not connect through the inside of the home. The top floor consists of four bedrooms and two baths. The bottom floor consists of three bedrooms and two baths. Two of the seven bedrooms are ensuite. With the bathrooms being located inside of the room. Two comfy master bedrooms, two gourmet kitchens, two laundry areas, plenty of outdoor patio space, and parking. You will have the entire property to yourself. It sits on 5 wooded acres with deer that roam freely. The tranquil area is near the national harbor and the Tanger Outlets. A quick 13min drive into Alexandria and 20min into Washington DC. It is a great place for groups traveling together as there is much room to spread out. You will find a fire pit and two gas BBQ grills in the two patio areas. *high chair available
