House has breathtaking mountains views and room for your entire group. Main floor has living room with big screen smart tv, along with two bedrooms, both king en suite. One bedroom on main floor has private balcony. Main floor has wrap around deck overlooking mountains and backyard with outdoor dining. Upstairs has formal dining with gorgeous views, along with two bedrooms with two king beds with en suites. One has private balcony. All 4 king beds are adjustable with remote controls. Lower floor has game room/man cave with big screen tv, wet bar, air hockey, fireplace and wraparound balcony with dining. This floor also has bunk room with 2 full size and two twin beds, smart tv and full bath with oversized walk-in shower. Lower floor 2 is the spa room with sauna, relaxation area, yoga/palates area and smart tv. Lower deck has outdoor seating with rolling bar cooler overlooking well manicured backyard with privacy on all sides.
Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the country with 26,000 acres situated in the foothills of the Ouachita Mountain and is visited by guests who want to enjoy the 11 recreational lakes, two lakeside beaches, 9 pristine golf courses, 13 tennis courts, 14 pickle all courts, 30 miles of walking trails and more!
