Newly built Apartment above garage (2024) in the heart of Frankfort. Just up the street from beautiful Lake Michigan. Perfect place to gather with family or close friends for an up north getaway. Day trips to Traverse City, Empire, Glen Arbor, Manistee and so much more. We are offering introductory pricing for 2024. There is a house (Forest House) on the property for rent as well if you have more people that want to stay together.
Hello, My husband and I built our cottage in 2012. We have been traveling to the Frankfort area for many years...its a generational trip started by my in law's parents. We have 2 daughters and we enjoy spending time all year round at our cottage and decided to open it up to others to enjoy as well. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our cottage. We are right in the heart of Beautiful Frankfort Michigan where there is so much to see and do. You don’t have to even leave town if you want to enjoy the sugar sand beach of Frankfort, Michigan with its scenic views of the bluffs and lighthouse. We are 9 blocks in from the beach. Walking distance to downtown bars, eateries, shops, coffee houses, and bakery. 2 minutes drive to Elberta Beach. 1 block away from a terrific Saturday farmers market. Day trip to places like the Sleeping Bear dunes, Traverse City, MI, Empire, MI, The Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, North Bar Lake, Leland, MI (fishtown), Manistee, MI and so much more. For you fishermen, we are about 2 blocks away from the boat launch. For you Skiers, we are located about 20 minutes from Crystal Mountain resort
