Appalachian Escape is a fun, family-friendly, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain cottage which sits on a nicely landscaped, virtually private property, surrounded by mature woods. There is a wonderful outdoor wood-burning fireplace and stone courtyard along with a brand new custom-made pool table in the game room upstairs. It has a front covered and open-air deck which wraps around the side of the house, a rear deck with gas grill and outdoor dining, a screened porch, as well as two Juliette decks upstairs that offer additional outdoor areas. The main floor offers an open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with hardwood floors and tongue and groove ceilings with exposed beams. The kitchen features granite counters with an oversized farm-style sink and stainless appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a banquet-style table that seats 8 guests. There is also a 4-seat table for additional seating. The living room has a gas log fireplace, Samsung SmartTV, Choice package DIRECTV, BluRay DVD player, and high-speed satellite internet allowing for WIFI throughout the home. The main floor king master suite offers hardwood floors, his and her closets, a comfy chaise lounge, HDTV with DIRECTV, and a huge picture window that lets in lots of natural sunlight. The private en-suite full bathroom boasts an oversized tile shower and double vanity. There is a second bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, HDTV with DIRECTV, and a private exterior door to the rear deck. Next to the queen bedroom is a full bathroom with a tub and shower. This bathroom is also central and convenient to the rest of the main floor. At the top of the stairs is a game room/loft with a brand new seven-foot custom pool table. There is a large screen HDTV with DIRECTV to allow for streaming and game watching. There is an open-air Juliette deck off of the loft which overlooks the backyard.
