The house has a whopping 5 bedrooms, with dedicated sleeping space for over 15 guests, along with 4 bathrooms fully equipped with smart bidets. We also have life jackets, kayaks and water toys for you to enjoy!

This home is located in the Lost Bridge Village Community Association and we abide by their conditions. Please be respectful of our neighbors here at Lost Bridge Village. There is a noise ordinance. NO loud music, or excessive music, or excessive noise after 10:00pm. Violations will be reported to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and be at risk of incurring fees for disregard of the rules. If you have questions regarding this information, you can contact the Lost Bridge Village Community Association. Parking outside for up to 6 full sized vehicles. No parking allowed on the street. Garage is not accessible for parking.
