La Casita is a lovingly curated artist's dream with a large private patio. The patio is inspired by the iconic patio bars of Austin with oversized lawn games and plenty of places to lounge and enjoy our never-ending summers. The Casita is a tiny home with everything you'll need. There is a kitchenette (stove top, microwave, fridge, sink). The living area boasts a queen-size bed with a firm but plush mattress, soft sheets, and blankets. For practicality, there's a locally made murphy bed that turns into a table or extra workspace. You'll also find an extra comfortable working space with a desk and fast wifi. We have just installed a TV for the cooler months in case you need to spend the day inside! Full bathroom with a large rain shower and a deep soaking tub. You'll also find a mini washing machine with a spin dry function that works well with small loads. We're an eco-friendly, toxin-free household, and we try to make sure you are too! if there's anything else you need, just ask us!

This is a friendly little neighborhood with more hidden gems then you might realize at first glance. There's great restaurants such as Toss Pizza just a few minutes walk. 10 minutes walk will get you to Once Over Coffee which serves great coffee with a laid-back, Austin vibe. Within 20 minutes, you can walk to either Sth 1st or SoCo, which are both overrun with great restaurants, interesting little vintage stores and live music. This area is walkable if you don't mind the short walk. There's a very convenient bus route straight down SoCo and into Downtown. We have many rideshare apps that will take you anywhere. Please feel free to use the bikes.
