Property information

This is a two-level two bedroom, two bath townhome located on the west side of Aspen’s downtown and two blocks from Aspen’s world class shopping, dining, and skiing. This area of Aspen is also within the service area of the complimentary Downtowner transportation service which provides rides when summoned on the City's app.  This standard-rated, cozy, yet functional, townhome offers a private balcony with views of both Aspen Mountain and Red Mountain.  It is the perfect retreat for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or stargazing once the sun sets. The full kitchen features updated granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, an open concept with a small bar area for casual conversation and a dining area for up to five people.  The living area has a cute, gas, Chiminea fireplace, wireless internet, flat screen TVs, iPod docking station and a queen size sleeper sofa. There is a washer/dryer and two off-street parking spaces for extra convenience. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has two twins which can be converted to a king upon request. It sleeps up to six guests with the queen size sleeper sofa.
