This cozy, comfortable little slice of Heaven right here in Ormond by the Sea. Sits high on the 4th floor with spectacular oceanfront views from Balcony & windows. It comfortably sleeps (4) people, but allows for (5). With a couch in living room. Extra security with a key for Elevator, stairs & pool area. Roku TVs in each bedroom & the Living Room. Washer/Dryer in Unit. Fully functioning Kitchen. Designated work, school, art space for kids & adults. Ample closet space. Breathtaking views of the sunrise right from your bed in master bedroom window. Very clean unit.
