Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This house is a short walk away from the beach and boasts beautiful sunsets off its 2nd story balcony. Located on the pristine Cape San Blas which is known for empty white sand beaches. This is a great place to come get a relaxing vacation.

Avalon drive holds about 3 or 4 homes and has very little traffic. The driveway is made of rock. There is parking at the house for 4+ vehicles.
