Please read the entire description as we try to answer the most common questions we get from guests.  Spa/pool heat is optional, additional fees will be added to the reservation costs. This is property specific. Be sure to check listing to ensure we offer heating options. If you would like to add pool or spa heat please contact us and we will assist with getting fees covered. As part of the check-in process, you are required to complete a guest registration form. This form will ask for personal details such as your name, contact information, and any special requests. The form must be submitted prior to receiving check-in instructions. By submitting the form, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our rental policies and applicable laws. This listing is for the entire home including the backyard with pool (HEATING OPTIONAL) and patio area. The home is 1600 square feet with vaulted ceilings and new furnishings. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.   SLEEPING AREAS: Master suite with king-size bed and en-suite full bathroom Private bedroom with queen size bed Private room with 2 twin size beds Living room with queen size sofa bed Guest bathroom in hallway   COMMON AREAS: Large kitchen with all your cooking needs, separate dining area, living room, a fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.   (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed)
