Company information

My wife and I have been married for over 35 years. We live in Spokane, Wa and love to travel. That is what brought us out to Florida, we came for a visit and fell in love with the Punta Gorda area. So much so, we bought a house for our future retirement. We updated the house and put in new furniture that we love and are now sharing the home with other families when we are not there. We want you to feel at home when you are at our home.

Property information

Beautifully renovated property in 2023 on the river. All 11 units have waterfront views, new paint, flooring, kitchens and updated bathrooms. Shell creek is a great fishing river and leads out to Port Charlotte harbor. So you can bring your boat and leave it at one of our guest docks. Or use one of our canoes, kayaks or row boats. We have a sandy relaxing area with a fire pit, picnic tables, grills, cornhole, bocce ball and more. If you have a larger group you can rent multiple rooms.
