A11 - Bahia Vista Condo Budget-friendly vacation rental Spacious two-level condo with all tile floor downstairs and a small patio off the living room. Master bedroom with 3/4 bath, second bedroom with small balcony, full bath in hall, and all wood laminate floors upstairs. Extra bedding is a single sofa sleeper and a single aerobed. A total of 1233 sq. feet. Maximum Occupancy: 6 people / Bedroom 1: Queen bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Living Room: Twin Sofa Sleeper + Twin Aerobed This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** Occupants of Bahia Vista Condos subject to Owners Association Rules & Regulations. ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
