We are a friendly family from Florida that purchased two homes in banner elk on the front side of Beech Mountain both homes have amazing views of sugar and grandfather mountains. I am a contractor so we completely remodeled them in (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) The homes are right next-door to each other, both homes are very large and can Accommodate 15 to 20 people Each. We travel often and enjoy exploring new places. We are often in the Bahamas fishing and scuba diving and when we’re not we are up here in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. The homes in North Carolina are strategically located within five minutes of Beech and Sugar Mountains and many of the wedding venues contact me directly for large groups that would like to book both houses Todd Korker

Neighbourhood information

This home is located within walking distance of the pool and the lounge and the clubhouse and RJ 's restaurant The Lounge provides Barefoot Bay residents with live entertainment and excellent dining. A variety of holiday and special music & food events are held throughout the year such as Halloween and Christmas parties, Mother’s Day Brunch, Clambakes, Luaus, St. Patrick’s Day, and a 4th of July Celebration including spectacular fireworks. Barefoot by the Lake is a festival of music, art and food that takes place each February. There is musical entertainment every Friday and Saturday evening Lounge Lakeside, culminating with Sunday Street Dances.
