Few single-family homes are available in Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas, a gated gulf front townhome community on the northernmost end of the peninsula, making Totally Beachin’ a rare find. A classic beach cottage, this 2BR/2BA rental is arranged on one level and housed between a covered front porch and a back porch with a portion open and another screened-in. The screened back porch is a perfect lounging and grilling area protected from Florida pests. The front porch directly views the playground across the quiet neighborhood street, so relax while the kids burn off energy. Barrier Dunes is adjacent to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, a wildlife and marine life sanctuary with gulf beach access and a boat launch into St. Joseph Bay. The coastal community offers quiet surroundings with two community pools, one of them being gulf front, tennis courts, a playground, and fishing ponds. There is something for everyone to enjoy on Cape San Blas and Barrier Dunes. **Pet Friendly, max quantity, type, and additional fees do apply** *We LOVE Snowbirds!
