Stainless steel appliances, private balcony/patio, great beach views, and a spacious recreation room with a vintage pool table makes this the perfect place for your next luxury vacation or family retreat! With two living room areas and plenty of beds, our Lux Retreat is sure to be the spot for you! Walking in you're greeted with an open living/dining area with comfortable couches, upholstered dining seating and wall-mounted smart tv; great for movie night! Plus, complimentary wifi will be at your fingertips! The kitchen has brand new granite countertops, cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with major and small appliances, utensils and cookware for your use. The kitchen has a spiral staircase leading down to the first level rec room. There are 4 spacious bedrooms in this condo. Three bedrooms are on the main floor with the kitchen and the fourth bedroom is in the lower floor with the classic pool table and rec room.
