This house is perfect for a large family vacation. It is 10 minutes to Woodland Park and 15 minutes to Colorado Springs. We are 200 yards from the famous Catamount trailhead, 400 yards from a beautiful waterfall and access to miles of local trails. Featuring a wrap-around deck with mountain views, a Roku and smart TV, game room with foosball table, three large bedrooms and a designated workstation.
Within walking distance of downtown Green Mountain Falls which includes restaurants, a bar, a distillery, coffee shop, trout fishing and more. It is a 3/4 mile dirt road to the house. Four-wheel or all while drive recommended. Please take responsibility for the proper vehicle as we cannot offer a refund If you are unable to access the property due to road conditions.
