Rack a game of nine-ball on the private pool table at home. You'll return from the beach each afternoon to flatscreen TVs, modern appliances, and comfortable furnishings. The center of Waldport is a quick, two-mile drive over the Alsea Bay Bridge, where you'll find several dining options, shops, markets, and more. When you're not beachcombing or boogie boarding, you can take a short drive south to hike or view Thor's Well near Cape Perpetua (14 miles south), where the ocean drains into the rocks and produces amazing sights.
