The location is unbelievable - 5 minute walk to the beach - and just steps away from the best restaurants and shops in Marco Island; Marco Prime, Oyster Society, DaVincis, La Tavola, BeeBe's Ice Cream Shop, Marco Movie Theater & more! The space The home is a contemporary work of art; the interior features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & truly encompasses the Florida lifestyle with indoor-outdoor living. From spacious bedrooms & the grand master bath to the gourmet kitchen & Sonos sound system you'll never want to leave! The interior seamlessly merges with the outdoor living space. The pool is heated year-round, and the covered outdoor kitchen includes a grill, fridge, gas burners, sink & an outdoor TV. The expansive deck provides ample dining & lounging areas; this is resort living at its finest! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home except for the owners closet in the 3rd bedroom, but there is a large dresser for guest storage
