With only 36 units in the building, this penthouse is very private and perfectly located! Heated saltwater pool during the cool winter months below. - Direct beachfront access - Saltwater pool - 58" Smart TV & WiFi - Spacious living space - Fully equipped kitchen BR 1: King BR 2: Queen & Twin Bunk BR 3: Queen & Twin Bunk LR: Sofa Bed Convenient and exclusive to unit beach storage shed available on ground floor.
