Say hello to Beaches and Bunkers, your very own sliver of Texas sunshine and gulf fun here in Port Aransas. This new townhouse, completed in May 2022, is conveniently situated on the ninth hole of the golf course, steps from the pool, a short walk to the fitness center, and walking distance of the beach and several restaurants. When you want to venture out, the heart of Port Aransas offers chartered fishing expeditions, many restaurant options, candy and ice cream shops, as well as beachwear and souvenir shops. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. When you find a moment away from the excitement, take a deep breath and enjoy a cold beverage on one of the three furnished balconies overlooking the beautiful grounds, or head inside to spoil everyone with a home-cooked meal. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas range, beautiful countertops, and modern cookware to make any recipe a breeze. And everyone will love gathering in the accommodating dining area or keeping it casual in the living room with a movie streaming on the TV. Don't worry about packing your entire wardrobe either, as a private washer/dryer awaits to keep your swimsuits and golf attire clean. Each of the four bedrooms has an attached bath. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor, the main floor has a guest bedroom and sofa bed, and there are two additional bedrooms on the third floor. Also on the third floor is a kids' loft with extra-long twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed.
