I am a former financial controller and the author of 2 published novels (Lazarus Cane and Michael Faust). My wife, Kendall, and I moved to the area in 2001, bought our first rental villa in 2002 and have slowly added properties ever since. We love interesting food and doing whatever we can to stay at the beach! My wife, Kendall, and I live on the island. We own several villas in Seaside and take care of several others for out of town owners. We are available whenever needed and love to offer recommendations as well.

Newly updated for 2024! This cozy condo features a brand new King bed in the bedroom and a new style (no bars) fold out sleeper sofa in the living room, full standing tiled shower and all new flooring throughout. Roku Smart TV's in both rooms and a beautiful ocean view from the balcony. A perfect getaway just steps to the beach and Bikes and Beach Chairs are included!

Neighbourhood information

Prime tourist area, walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut. Biking distance to Sea Pines and The South Beach Marina. Biking is the most common form of transportation. We provide 2 and rentals are available if you need more, or you can bring your own (racks are in the front of the building). Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island.
