Beacon Reef Condo Islamorada, Monthly Rentals Only (4 person max), 2nd floor, convenient spiral staircase to grounds (instead of having to walk to the building elevators or staircases). Located on the quieter end of the property. Laid Back Nautical Keys Decor. Fully Equipped Kitchen, Private Laundry, Resort Style Pool with Zero Entry, Large Hot Tub, Manicured Landscaped Grounds, Large T-Dock, Free Dockage with Power/Water to each slip (must show insurance), and 2 ice machines on the dock. Beautiful workout facility with sauna. A large "tiki" room to play cards, grill your catch or watch the kids in the pool. Equipped with a refrigerator, ice machine and serving bar with sink. A deposit to owner at booking. Refundable 90 days before check in.
Hi, I'm Pat, my family and I have owned this beautiful condo since 1999. We have seen 3 generations use and enjoy all it has to offer. The weather is mild in both the winter and summer! The pool is heated and there is a great hot-tub. Snorkel right off the dock. Bring your boat, dockage is FREE with water and electric. We have created wonderful memories in this beautiful slice of Paradise! The keys are laid back and easy going but loads of fun and adventure. On the old road, so little to no traffic, yet close to restaurants, shopping and groceries. Bikes are used everywhere. The community itself is gated, so is secure. We have one private parking space and a few guest spaces. Please get a permit from the manager when you come in so they know you belong! No trailers are permitted.
