Company information

Our family has been visiting Newport Beach for over 30 years. Being an active and close family, we love the beach and everything the Newport area has to offer to get out and play with the ones you love. When the rentals we have been staying in every year went up for sale, we knew had to grab them. After a few updates and improvements, we are excited to invite other families to enjoy this area as much as we have for so many years. We do not live on site, but use every excuse in the book to make it out as much as we can. We love to travel the world and meet new people and are excited for AirBnB to help us broaden or horizons. We will have a manager on call at all times, and can be there in less than 10 min. We will provide you with their number upon booking.

Located directly on the boardwalk near the Newport Pier, these simple yet updated rentals offer the best location for the greatest eating, playing, and shopping on the peninsula. Head out to the beach for some sun and surf then freshen up for a nice dinner, all within short walking distance. Perfect for families to enjoy year round. Bring your loved ones for memories you'll never forget.

Neighbourhood information

Located centrally to the Newport Pier, there are literally hundreds of great places to eat, shop and play within walking distance. With a safe & friendly town square 40 yards away, this is a great place for parents to let their kids roam with no worries. We can possibly provide up to 2 parking spots depending on size of vehicles and availability. (HUGE for summer rentals.) first booked, first reserved. But we believe the best way to experience Newport is by bike and boardwalk. We can hook you up with the local Bike shop for cheap rentals.
