Hi everyone, my name is Petya, I am an interior designer and I love to take properties with old charm and renovate them by updating them while maintaining the history and staples of old.

This home is on a quiet block in a beautiful beach community. Neighbors are friendly. You will have everything you will need in this apt. It is designed as if we were going to live here! This is an older property, the interior was fully renovated in June of 2023. The property has old charm with 9ft ceilings, which is a rare find in Norwalk, CT. The beach is a 4 minute drive and within walking distance.
