Hi! iv'e been living in San Antonio for about 10 year now. I love my city! I've been traveling all over the world and know how important it is to come on a vacation and to be able to feel like home. I will be more then happy to assist with any issue. I live 10 minutes away and will gladly help with any need. While you're here, the apartment is yours to enjoy and interaction with me is up to you! You can use the keypad entry to access the home and I will send you the access code upon arrival. This beautiful three bedroom, two bath, 1002sq home is located in a green and quite area inside Alamo Heights of San Antonio, right behind the Botanical Gardens. Apartment is walking distance to the Zoo, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Country Club and only 10 mins drive to Downtown. It is remodeled with wood and tile floors, ceiling fans in all rooms, custom all tile shower and custom tub/tile shower, granite counter tops with stainless steel under mount sinks. It includes everything you need. It is fully furnished and equipped. Also includes TV with cables, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer and more. The high ceilings and skylights make this a bright and inviting space. You will love it! Outside there are fruit trees and plenty of parking space. - This is Apartment #1 in the complex. (First floor, the apartment to the left of building) - Apartment is 100% non-smoking. - Parties are NOT allowed! - BBQ area is on the back of the building - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
