This location is perfect for your San Antonio vacation! This 2250 Sqf, ranch like house can sleep a total of 13 people. House includes 2 master suites, game room, covered patio with furniture, BBQ grill, charming outdoor fire pit, plenty of private parking spots and a private pool. Both the Living room and the master suites have Smart TVs which can be used with Netflix and all cables channels. Enjoy the privacy of the huge backyard with mature Texas Oaks and Pecan Trees. House includes a huge patio with lots of space to sit outdoor plus a private pool. You can also freely use the Neighborhood's park that is located a few minutes walking from the house, which also includes volleyball and playground for kids. - House is 100% non-smoking. - Highchair and Pack n Play are available upon request. - Parties are NOT allowed! Sound sensors which are used to detect the intensity of sound, are installed in this home to prevent unauthorized events. Please, no loud music after 22:00. - There is a dummy camera facing the street on the front of the house. - We ARE pet friendly for up to two pets, but we need to know if you will be traveling with furry companions. We charge a flat cleaning fee for the stay, to account for the additional time necessary to clean in these cases. - Pool Size 18 feet round and 4 feet deep. - Pool will be closed from November 15th until March 1st. • Check in is at 3pm. No keys are required. • Checkout is at 10am. No keys are required. - If you wish for a late check out, there will be a charge per hour (You will need to get landlord's approval first)
