Originally from the UK, we fell in love with Anna Maria Island in 2001. After visiting several times a year with our two children, we made Florida our permanent home in 2011. In 2017, we started SeaBreeze Vacation to allow other owners to benefit from our modern approach to managing vacation rentals on Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island is home to awarding winning beaches and world famous sunsets each night. We hope to welcome you to AMI soon!

This cozy coastal hideaway is tucked within one of the most exclusive Anna Maria Island communities and is ideal for couples or small families. Featuring the largest heated pool on the island, private beach access, and an array of amazing amenities, this ground-floor condo is your perfect home base on the Gulf Coast. Surrounded by vibrant tropical blooms and an emerald-green manicured lawn, Runaway Bay 117 features an open main living and dining area. The front door opens to reveal a recently updated kitchen, with crisp white cabinetry and a sparkling teal tiled backsplash. Stainless steel appliances include a dishwasher, smooth-top electric range, refrigerator, and microwave, while gorgeous slabs of granite create ample workspaces. A pass-through window looks out onto the formal dining area and living space. A plush and spacious sofa faces the large HDTV and creates an ideal spot to kick back with a cold drink and your favorite TV show. Large windows let in tons of natural Florida sunshine and a glass door leads outside to the private patio area where two comfy lounge chairs are the perfect place to sip your morning cup of coffee.
