Welcome to my spectacular loft suite! This place is great to relax, concentrate on work, and/or enjoy the beauties of Alamo. This brand-new unit is in the heart of Alamo, close to many hiking trails, Mt. Diablo State Park, the Iron Horse Trail, and Walnut Creek's shopping and dining. It is centrally located with easy access to Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Marin National Parks, Sonoma Raceway, the wine country (Napa), BART, and multiple airports.
This home is conveniently located on private peaceful neighborhood. We live in a cul-de-sac with two neighbors. We are in a small unincorporated town with a quaint downtown for dinning, banking, coffee, salons, hardware and necessities (CVS, RiteAid, Safeway, EJ Phair Brewery, Five Guys Burgers, Ace Hardware, Starbucks, Petes Coffee, farmer's market every Sunday, etc...). Conveniently located to the entire Bay Area. Leave your car at home and take a Taxi/Uber/lyft ride to Walnut Creek BART (bay area rapid transit) with easy, convenient transportation to and from San Francisco, Chase Center, Oakland Colosseum & airports. It is conveniently located in many Bay Area attractions and activities. San Francisco and Oakland International Airports. Concord Buchanan General Aviation Airport which now has limited commercial flights in/out. Napa Wine country is about 55 minutes away. Sonoma Raceway is also only 55 minutes away.
