This is a perfect place for someone to relax as it is a very private and quiet family resort. Our town home is very clean and well furnished. It is only about a five-minute walk to the private beach and swimming pools. The walk is very pleasant as you go through the palm trees and well-trimmed flowerbeds of the resort to get to the beach. From the two large balconies on the first and second floors, which have southern exposure, you will be able to see the water and enjoy watching the wildlife in the water as well as in the mangrove forest. You will have access to the swimming pools, the hot tubs, the basketball court, the beach volleyball court, the shuffleboard court, and water sports. You will also have the beach to enjoy, with umbrellas and sun bathing chairs, where you can marvel amazing sunsets. In addition, there are two nice and affordable restaurants right on the beach. One of them has a tropical beach tiki bar and live music with different bands playing every night. In our garage you will find a large beach umbrella with chairs, swimming gear such as swimming tubes, noodles, mattresses and beach balls. About Mary Yousif: We bought and furnished our townhome to be used as the vacation place for our family. Our kids and we plan to enjoy it when we can for part of the year and the remaining time we will offer to others to enjoy it too. The home is furnished with the most luxurious furniture, electronics and kitchen accessories for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Why Mary Yousif chose Little Harbor, Ruskin: From our first visit we enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, the amazing sunsets, the variety of amenities and the proximity of the resort to the shopping centers, entertainment and golf courses. What makes this Townhome unique: We love the Caribbean landscape, the sandy private beach, the amazing sunsets, the restaurant with the live music entertainment, the facilities of the resort and its proximity to all major attractions in Florida.
This is an “undiscovered” tropical resort, which is minutes from Downtown Tampa where you can enjoy the excitement of the Ybor City, Extraordinary Shopping, Grand Sporting Events, Spectacular Concert Performers, Theater and Galleries, and all types of dining experiences. For children and adults there is the Famous Lowry Zoo, and amusement parks such as Busch Gardens and the Mosi Science Museum. For grocery shopping, there are two modern supermarkets a few minutes drive from the resort. It is one of those rare places that you can go to and stay on the resort enjoying all its amenities or, you can enjoy it with the excitement of dining, shopping and entertainment available in the city of Tampa, Brandon, Ellenton Outlet Mall, Bradenton, Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Sun City and Apollo Beach. If you want you can even visit Orlando and Disney World attractions, which are about 1 hr 30 minutes away. This is really the resort that you can combine a peaceful lifestyle with entertainment as well as shopping! You can enjoy all of the above and then you can return to the quiet, beautiful Little Harbor hideaway to unwind.
