This is a beautiful Mountain home with Amazing Views, Close to Lakes and Fresh air. The Kitchen is Big with a lot of room to have family time. Rooms decorated with the Outdoor Mountain Pikes Peak Theme. There is plenty of out door Deck space and also a BBQ grill. Flat Smart Screens in every room. and a 1 car garage to keep your car out of the elements. The Master bedroom has 2 huge skylights and a walk out balcony with attached shared bathroom. the downstairs areas can be separated into 2 small studios with each having its own Bathroom. A great place to relax and get away.
Great attitude on life, love the outdoors and animals.
This Mountain Home is Located in the beautiful Rocky Mountains & is Centrally located. You will be just 12 miles away from the Casinos of Cripple creek. Right next door is Mueller State Park, just a 20 minute drive to Woodland Park. If you need the City life experience, Downtown Colorado Springs is just 45 minutes away. Fishing, Hiking, & the clean air is always just a short distance away. You will see Rabbits, deer, chipmunks & other critters around this Mountain Home. Clean air and Peaceful.
