This unique and tranquil getaway have a private entrance and is attached to the main house in Quartz Hill. You will have the entire suite to yourself including bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. You will sleep in a comfortable Queen bed and relax on a big couch when needed to watch TV on a 55 inch smart TV. You will have your own air conditioner and heat. We are located in a quiet and safe residential area near the cull de sac where you will love the easy access to plenty of free street parking .
The property is about 5 to 10 minutes drive from major grocery stores ,restaurants and banks and gas station. AV college is 12 mins drive, AV Hospital about 15 mins away, Palmdale Regional Hospital 20 mins AV Mall 20 mins, Freeway 14 10 mins, Downtown Lancaster 15 mins
