My wife & I have been married for over 38 years. We live in Washington state and love to travel. That is what brought us to Florida.We came for a visit and fell in love with the Punta Gorda area. So much so, we bought a house for our future retirement. We updated the house and put in new furniture that we love and are now sharing the home with other families when we are not there. We want you to feel at home when you are at our home.

Waterfront view Newly remodeled 1 bedroom with Queen bed Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room New tile floors through out New bathroom remodel with full tiled shower, easy to walk into All new kitchen cabinets, appliances, coffee & tea pot, crockpot, pots, pans, plates, silverware and more. All new furniture and accessories throughout! Nice beach area, with sand, chairs, picnic tables, barbeques, corn hole, bocce ball. Watch the sunset, have a picnic! Separate laundry room for guest to use with washer/dryer, ironing board and iron.
