Hosts Cary and Melinda Winchester love to share their passion for Historic Preservation and Architecture! In 2019, they took on the extensive rehabilitation of the Belle Louise Historic Guest House. They have been involved with historic preservations projects throughout Kentucky and Missouri for over 24 years. When you come to Paducah, the Winchester’s are a wealth of knowledge on suggesting local activities, restaurants and quaint shops to visit in the area. Melinda is a former Paducah Main Street Director and personally can give you the scoop on the best of Paducah! Your stay at the Belle is all about the “guest”. Your privacy will be honored but they are happy to interact with you as little or as much as you wish. Just know, that the goal is to help you enjoy your stay while enjoying all that Paducah, Kentucky has to offer! We hope to see you soon!

Are you looking for a distinct lodging experience but a bit like home, this Italianate mansion built in 1879 is waiting for you. Lovingly brought back to its former glory the home maintains the splendor of the past with period décor inner twined with a classic contemporary touch. The Belle Louise Guest House is in the Historic Lower Town Arts District which is one of Paducah’s oldest neighborhoods and home of the renowned Artist Relocation Program which helped revitalize the historic architecture and develop a creative class of artists, small businesses and beautiful streetscapes. We are a Bed and Breakfast serving a lovely breakfast in mornings. Owners DO live on site. Kitchen is not available to guests.
