Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. A couple of blocks from Anderson Gardens, close to theatres, venues and restaurants downtown. Across from Rock River. Quick drive to the sports complex. Shared spacious home with full access to kitchen, your own private fridge & kitchen cabinets, free laundry machines, home theatre, living room, decked backyard and more! Ample parking and free wifi. This is a shared rooming house with your own private bedroom with a secured digital keypad. There will be other guests staying in the house. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful stay in a gorgeous and upscale neighborhood, this is your place!
Host lives on the property and is happy to assist with your stay. She's in her 40s, loves to travel and share vegan recipes.
Rockford's most sought after historical neighborhood in Churchill's Grove. Right along the Rock River, very close to downtown and less than a 10 minute walk to Anderson Gardens. Historical Victorian Home with original hardwood floors, leaded glass windows, lots of lighting. 5-minute drive from Anderson Gardens, Downtown, sports facilities, hospitals & Coronado. Adjacent to the River.
