Located in a friendly neighborhood that is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, theaters, professional offices, banks, a variety of small, locally-owned shops. Easy access to New York City is available through the Springdale train station. Close to downtown Stamford and Mianus River State Park Scenic Reserve. A bright and cheerful home filled with tons of character expected from an older home. Arched doorways welcome you and feature hardwood floors throughout the home, Strong WIFI, a separate laundry room, charming outdoor space.
