Property information

Private deck, king beds, washer dryer included. Blocks from Belmont & Vanderbilt. Comfortable seating, amenities, and convenient location. Enjoy your coffee and cocktails on the private deck. Gated courtyard where you can play. 48" tv has local channels + roku. Fully equipped with washer dryer, kitchen includes eat-in area, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The courtyard is available to hang out, and the deck offers outdoor hang out. For those with mobility issues, the front entrance has a handrail and 10 steps up a sloped yard, or you can enter from the alley where there is free parking and the entrance is level. There are 3 steps up the deck to the front door. I'm around but not intrusive. Edgehill is between the Gulch and 12S. Hillsboro Village is nearby. You're 1 mile to downtown. My place's charm comes from comfy amenities and a deck in a convenient location. Free dedicated parking behind building and plenty of street parking. Downtown is easy Uber or Lyft and there's also the MTA bus line #17 which picks up on 12South. Bike & scooter rentals are available nearby in 12 South and the Gulch. Golf cart taxis downtown. A cool trip is to walk to 12 South, rent a bike and explore 12S down to Sevier Park, then bike to the Gulch, drop the bike, shop & dine, and Uber (or walk) back to the apartment. ** I am in compliance with the law of Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County regarding short term rentals, Permit No(URL HIDDEN)** Occupancy is limited to guests listed in the reservation, and extra people, parties, or loud music will result in immediate cancellation of booking. We have NoiseAware sound level monitoring and exterior security cameras at the building's entry and exit areas. NoiseAware will send an alert after extremely loud noise or music, not normal conversation or tv volume.
