Featuring both a first and a second floor master, this Bethany Bay getaway offers the comforts of home in an amenity-filled community just minutes to Bethany Beach's beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 5 TVs (all flat-screens), 5 DVDs, Keurig, Netflix (free to guests), electric fireplace, Wifi. Bethany Bay features community pool, tennis, basketball and golf. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License # THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC
