E komo mai! Welcome to the Big Island! Our spacious and updated condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the amenities and adventures of the Big Island. Two bedrooms and two full bathrooms--one of each downstairs--makes this an ideal family retreat. There is plenty of space to be together and also separated enough to have some privacy. Note that the downstairs twin beds can be converted to a king bed with advance notice. Cook in our fully-stocked kitchen or enjoy several highly-rated restaurants in the Waikoloa Beach Resort neighborhood. The Queens' Marketplace and The Kings' shops are about a mile away. Besides shopping and eating, you can see a movie or enjoy local entertainment. If you prefer to eat in, you can grill your dinner on the community barbecues. Park your car in the attached garage, where you will find all the equipment you need to enjoy the best beaches in Hawaii. "A-Bay" is a 5-minute drive away. Rent kayaks and paddle boards right on the beach! Beach 69, Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, and Spencer Beach Park are about 15 minutes away. And if you get tired of the beach (is that a thing?), you can enjoy two pools, a hot tub, fitness center, and tennis court on site, or play a round of golf at the course next door for a discounted fee. You will also have FREE access to the Hilton Waikoloa Village pools with our pool access card (up to 6 people per day). The Hilton is less than one mile away from us, and free parking is included with the access card. Extra amenities in the condo include upgraded Wi-Fi, cable TV, DVD player, air-conditioning, washer and dryer, in-room safe, downstairs lanai, upstairs balcony, high ceilings with ample natural light, and an extra parking space outside the unit.
