Property information

Chilmark is for lovers of the beach and the great outdoors, and this light-filled and very private deck house nestled in the woods is a perfect Chilmark retreat for family and friends. Comfortable, unfussy furnishings, lots of windows and a spacious mahogany deck make this the perfect place to enjoy peaceful country mornings and cool off after the beach while enjoying a gorgeous sunset view with a peek of the ocean. Set high up on a private, partially wooded lot off of rustic Tea Lane, there's plenty of room for kids to play inside and out. Enjoy beautiful summer evenings on the wrap-around deck. Floor-to-ceiling windows on the open-floor-plan main level with all-wood cathedral ceiling make being indoors almost like being outside. Snuggle up by the wood-burning fireplace on cool fall nights. A well-equipped kitchen opens to breakfast bar and dining area, with room at the table for eight. Wash off after the beach in the home's lovely mahogany outdoor shower.
