How about a vacation where sunshine is pretty much guaranteed?! The property is within walking distance to the Empire Polo Field and Music Festivals. This is what you've been looking for! You’ll love this peaceful, cozy home overlooking sparkling pool and spa. Kitchen with granite countertops and recently updated appliances, spacious rooms, private fenced yard.

Neighbourhood information

The community is close to everything. Just a few blocks away are major golf courses. The Empire Polo Grounds are within 5 minute drive. 5 minutes from The Old Town where you can choose from 10 great restaurants including the famous Arnold Palmer Roadhouse. Don't forget to try Devanes or Chapellis for Italian, The Lavender Grill or Desert Sage for a special treat or The Crab Pot and let's not forget The Hog's Breath Inn. OR go to the La Quinta Spa and Resort for a day of beauty. Play tennis where the pros play at Indian Wells Tennis Garden (home of the BNP Paribas Open in March). Las Brisas North is minutes away from the famous Coachella Music Festival and the Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Join us for the Palm Springs Film Festival in January. No need to go to Vegas--spend an evening at one of several world-class casinos with top entertainment and great restaurants. Shop in Cabazon at the Desert Hills Premium Outlets (Armani, Prada, Barney's and 100's more). Car is highly recommended.
