This property sits in the Spring Creek area next to Lake Oahe surrounded by of some of the best hunting and fishing spots in South Dakota. A couple minutes from three boat ramps, Outpost restaurant/lounge, and convenience stores. The house has an open and inviting floor plan. Large multilevel deck with a gas grill enclosed in a fenced yard. Master bedroom has a queen bed, includes an on-suite bathroom, and patio door to the deck. Bedroom two includes a queen bed. Bedroom three has two twin beds.
I’m a long time local resident of the Pierre area. Married with three adult children. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, fishing, boating, hiking and play volleyball. My goal is to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Please feel free to call, text or email anytime.
Quiet residential community in the Spring Creek recreation area next to Lake Oahe. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway including boat parking. AN OUTDOOR OUTLET IS AVAILABLE FOR CHARGING BOAT.
