A newly launched home by experienced hosts! Play in Vegas and relax in Henderson. Located about 20 min from the world-famous Las Vegas Strip and surrounded by the majestic Black Mountains, our 5BD/3 full BA custom home in our upscale neighborhood is the perfect spot to relax with your family and friends. Relax around your private sparkling heated pool or play in our retro arcade with custom hand-painted black light art by a local artist! Kids 0-90 years old will have a blast.

There is an extra charge of $75/day for every day of your stay to heat the jacuzzi. There is a fee of $150/day for every day of your stay to heat both the pool and jacuzzi. Please let us know at least a day in advance before your arrival if you wish to take advantage of this.

**REQUIREMENT TO BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR: Guests must comply with city established rules for short-term rentals, including but not limited to: Maximum occupancy, pool use hours, quiet hours, have fun but control noise-levels, no-events and no-parties, and a few other rules which will be shared with you after booking.**
