In this spot just four lots from the beach, you can relax and admire the ocean view from the rooftop deck, unwind on the cool screened porch, or catch up with your loved ones on the furnished sundecks. If you're in the mood for cooking, whip up a seafood feast on the outdoor park grill or head inside to the kitchen and dining area for a relaxed indoor meal. The owner has put a lot of thought and care into this beach home and it shows, from the living room with cathedral ceilings to the separate laundry area underneath the house. Enjoy three TVs (one is a 42-inch flatscreen), a DVD player, a stereo/CD player, and three accommodating bedrooms.
