Welcome to Blue Heron! If you're coming to town for Work, to visit Family, or to play a round of Golf at one of our areas great golf courses, Blue Heron is in just the location for you! This 3 bedroom/2 bath home is in a quiet cul-de-sac for you to escape & unwind. Grab a chair and relax while making dinner on the charcoal grill in the fully fenced in yard. There is a screened in porch off the back of the home also.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, Smart TV and full bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom offers a full size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a fold out futon and is great for children. The 2nd full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. A sunken living room off of the dining & kitchen areas is a great place to gathere and watch your favorite program on the SMART ROKU TV. The eat-in kitchen is close by and is fully stocked for your cooking & dining needs.
This location is minutes from grocery shopping & restaurants - and convenient to a variety of other area attractions.
